Each Thursday has been dubbed Thursday Family Day in the Manning household (if you have a more clever name, feel free to share). Allen has the day off work and Tarek comes for his part of the week at our house. I don't like it when we just sit around the house watching TV or playing with our various electronics so I visited my good friend Mr.Google and made a list of family friendly activities in the area. Here are some of the ones we're excited to experience.

The library is the best! I go to the one here like twice a week.
ReplyDeleteBoise has much better parks though.
Tarek loves the library. We don't go as often as you though. They have classes/play groups I wan to take the boys to but the one for Joshua's age group is during nap time so he would probably be a huge cranky monster and the one for Tarek is while he's at his moms house. Boo.

DeleteDude. So want to go to the Birds of Prey exhibit. I haven't been there in forever!
ReplyDeleteFor a new Thursday family name: The Thursday Manning Family Experience
I haven't ever been there, it looks fun though.
DeleteThis is a fantastic list! I didn't realize the Discovery Center was so expensive. I love the Idaho Aquarium! I bet your boysies will, too!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know the Discovery Center was that expensive either! We'll have to save that for when we're rich and famous haha.
DeleteWe've been to the aquarium twice, it's great.
